  • What did I notice? 
  • What truth revealed itself?
  • What have I been avoiding, resisting, or unable to see?
  • What is my next aligned step?

Simply listen to what wants to emerge.

Come back to this practice whenever you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or far from yourself.

Other days you'll simply feel more grounded.

2. Keep a journal nearby.

Write down what you notice after each reset.

The truths, patterns, insights, and next steps that emerge often become clearer over time.


3. Trust what comes up.

Your medicine rarely arrives as a lightning bolt.

More often it arrives as a quiet knowing.

A feeling or a nudge. 

Trust whatever come up. 


4. Return often.

This practice becomes more powerful through repetition.

Use it whenever you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or uncertain.

Many people find that making it part of their daily rhythm helps them stay connected to themselves.


5. Take your time with the reflection prompts.

You don't need all the answers immediately.

Let the questions work on you.

Sometimes the deepest insights arrive hours or even days later.
