You don't need the perfect words. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need the willingness to begin.
Heal from the root and start blooming..
You may be successful on the outside and struggling on the inside.
Anxiety. Burnout. People-pleasing. Self-doubt. Feeling stuck despite years of personal growth.
If you've done therapy, coaching, meditation, or healing work and still feel caught in the same patterns, there may be a deeper nervous system wound underneath them.
You may understand your patterns completely and still feel unable to change them.
At Bloom Recovery, I help people heal trauma at its roots using EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS, nervous system regulation, and depth-oriented healing approaches.
This work helps people move from surviving to living, from understanding themselves intellectually to actually feeling free to be themselves.

You Are Carrying More Than You Realize
Trauma doesn't always look dramatic. Sometimes it lives quietly as:
- Anxiety that never fully quiets
- Overthinking and chronic self-doubt
- Emotional numbness or shutdown
- People-pleasing that exhausts you
- Functioning on the outside while drowning on the inside
- Disconnection from your body, your purpose, your own inner knowing
These patterns are not weakness. They are your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe.
Call To ActionA Different Kind of Therapy
Many people arrive here after therapy that taught them about their pain, but never moved them through it.
They became self-aware. Still stuck.
This work goes deeper.
The goal isn't insight alone. It's integration: transformation you can feel in your body, your relationships, and your daily life.
Healing is not simply learning to manage symptoms. It is learning to feel safe enough to become yourself.
As old survival strategies soften, many people discover that anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and self-abandonment were never the deepest problem. Beneath them was a longing to live more honestly, create more freely, and build a life that reflects who they truly are.
At Bloom Recovery, therapy is a ceremony of reconnection. Mind. Heart. Body. Spirit.
My approach weaves together:
EMDR: processing what your nervous system has been holding, gently, and at your pace
IFS (Internal Family Systems): meeting your protective parts with compassion, not force
Somatic Therapy: working with the body, where trauma actually lives
Hypnotherapy: accessing and reprogramming subconscious patterns that talk therapy can't always reach
Mindfulness & Buddhist Psychology: honoring both the still small voice within and being fully present in the Here and Now.
Animist and Eco-Psychology: Learning to pay attention to the intelligence of the natural world around you and within you.
Shamanic Frameworks & Ritual: for those called to explore the sacred and spiritual dimensions of healing
Nervous System Regulation: building the internal safety that makes lasting change possible
While this work honors the spiritual dimensions of healing, it is deeply grounded in trauma-informed clinical practice and nervous system science.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering who you were before fear, conditioning, trauma, and self-abandonment convinced you to become someone else.

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma reshapes the nervous system, identity, and your sense of safety in your own life. Using EMDR and somatic approaches, we move through what has been frozen — gently, at a pace your system can hold.
Anxiety & Nervous System Dysregulation
Anxiety is often not a thought problem. It is a body that has forgotten how to rest. It is a system stuck in survival. It is being trapped by the fear of the future. We work to regulate, ground, and return you to yourself all while developing curiosity, compassion, and courage.
Depression & Disconnection
Depression can arise from many causes. For some depression is frequently a response to disconnection: from yourself, your body, your meaning and purpose, from your story, your values, your aliveness. We explore the deeper landscape underneath it and slowly rebuild the threads back to your life.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Visionary experiences can open profound doors, but preparation and integration are vital. They are the sacred work of landing what emerged. This is a grounded, nonjudgmental space to prepare for and process non-ordinary states of consciousness. (No substances are provided.)
Religious & Spiritual Trauma
When the spaces meant to offer belonging instead delivered shame or fragmentation, healing requires something honest and gentle. You don't have to abandon the sacred; you may simply need to reclaim it on your own terms.
90 Minute Sessions
Traditional therapy often ends just as something real begins to surface.
For trauma, EMDR, somatic, and nervous system work, a 50-minute session can feel abrupt or even destabilizing.
90-minute sessions allow:
- Room to breathe
- Emotional processing without rushing
- Deeper nervous system settling
- Experiential and somatic work
- Integration before leaving
- Therapy that feels spacious rather than fragmented
This is not about doing more.
It is about going deeper safely.
Many clients describe them as the first time therapy has felt spacious enough to actually work

Why I do this work.
First of all, I love this work.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve explored healing through many lenses: trauma psychology, nervous system science, somatic practices, EMDR, IFS-informed approaches, hypnotherapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, and learning from indigenous elders and healers around the world.
Through it all, I’ve remained devoted to helping people heal from the root, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build lives that no longer require abandoning who they are.
And after all these years, I’m still captivated by a simple question:
Why do some people understand their patterns completely and still struggle to change?
I’ve watched people gain insight, learn coping skills, read books, attend workshops, and spend years trying to “think” their way into a different life. Yet many remain caught in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, people-pleasing, or disconnection. No judgment, I’ve been there myself.
What I’ve found is that lasting change rarely happens through insight alone.
Trauma lives in the nervous system and the body. It shapes our stories, relationships, and choices. It also touches something deeper: our connection to meaning, purpose, authenticity, and the parts of us that know who we are beneath fear.
My work sits at the intersection of trauma psychology, nervous system healing, and the human search for meaning.
I believe healing is both practical and sacred.
Practical because it changes how we relate, work, create, set boundaries, and move through daily life.
Sacred because, beneath the symptoms, many people rediscover something they lost along the way: their inner wisdom, aliveness, voice, and medicine.
That’s what continues to inspire this work
This Work Is For You If…
You are thoughtful, self-aware, growth-oriented and still not fully living the life you know you're capable of.
You've likely already done work. Therapy. Coaching. Ceremonies. Meditation. You're not a beginner. But something remains stuck.
On the outside: capable, functional, often high-achieving. On the inside: "I know I'm meant for more than this. I can't seem to fully step in."
This work is especially resonant for creatives, healers, entrepreneurs, visionaries, highly sensitive people, and those navigating burnout, grief, awakening, or major life transitions. Those who are ready to stop circling their life and start participating in it.
